Knitting

I taught myself to knit in the Fall of 2008 just after I moved to Salt Lake City, then moved back to Ohio for a month and lived with my friend, Steven Mousetes.  I can't recall what moved me to finally learn, but I logged in to http://www.knittinghelp.com/ and watched a few helpful videos over and over again.  I am left-handed, but learned to knit a right-handed because most of the videos were for right-handers!  I can cast-on, knit, and purl.

I have completed exactly zero projects, but I dragged some beautiful yarn and needles with me to South Africa.  I'm going to finish a scarf even if it is 80 degrees outside!  Expect a post on my progress!
